Hello everyone! 

So many exciting things are happening with your chef! First I want to announce that I am part of Traeger Grills I am now an ambassador so I'm really excited about this since I've been cooking so much of your food on the Treager! Now all of my clients have the best of both worlds between the Big Green egg and the Traeger! I have the best of the BBQs behind me along with barbecue products like B&B charcoal.

Second announcement I want to make is that I will be going out of town flying out to Kansas City to the Kansas City Speedway for the ultimate barbecue Showdown! You all know that I am part of Portville Justice League in which I have been a team member for The Last 5 Years competing in the Memphis in May barbecue competition which is one of the largest in the United States but this one that I'm about to go to is the largest it is double the size of Memphis in May it is called the American Royal barbecue competition. Another one of my ambassadors have asked me to be on their team which is Gunter Wilhelm oh, where I use all of their knives and cookware in preparing your food so I will be part of their team and I will update you throughout social media if you are on my social media of this amazing BBQ competition.

Unfortunately I will not be back into town until Monday night which means I would have to delay deliveries for 2 days so I have decided 2 postpone deliveries next week and return to normal the following week.

BBQ EVENT! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Hartville Harware BBQ Sale and Competition... there will be no deliveries next week, Sept 13th week. 

 

This weekend , I will be going out of town traveling out to Akron-Canton area to the big Hartville Hardware Store.

If you have never visited this area try to come down this weekend they will be having huge sales on all of your favorite barbecue end-of-season and many more things in their store, we will be doing barbecue demonstrations with samples and having a lot of fun!

I will be doing a brunch type demo of grilled chicken and waffles with Bourbon Barrel maple syrup and crumbled bacon then I will be judging a barbecue competition of patrons that are entering this fun event and showing off their BBQ skills!

A representative from Traeger ,  Big Green Egg and Weber oh, I will be representing Big Green Egg this year again!

Because of a private dining event this week I only I am able to do deliveries to my prepaid clients. I cannot take any extra clients next week but will resume regular the following week but I will resume regular deliveries the following week. Vintage Ohio Wine and Culinary Fest!

This was my seventh year of taking over The Culinary tent at one of the largest festivals of Wine & culinary in the United States. Vintage Ohio Wine & culinary Festival has been voted as number 2 by USA Today as one of the best wine festivals.

 

Each year I have local chefs including myself along with one or two others from out of state and we demonstrate a small demo sample out our demo heavy rain and wine pair with our demo for 8  shows in the matter of 2 days. This year we had big sponsors for giveaways for all of our audience.

Tuxton China, Mardona specialty Imports , B&B charcoal, E & H Ace Hardware , Big Green Egg Ohio, Litehouse Pools & Spas, duck fat spray and one of our chefs donated a basket of his artesian hot sauce.

This year's Chef lineup that are with me is Frank Iacobucci from Pranzo,  Fred Stoltz who is one of Cleveland's artesian hot sauce creators he is also one of our respected Boys in blue in Cleveland Ohio they have both been with me for 5 years. Then I bring one or two chefs out of state for a different flavor profile. This year I brought in again Chef Mark Ivan Gomez from Texas! He definitely is our token Joker and the audience just loves him! 

We base our demos off the Big Green Egg for the last 3 years!

Public events this summer with E&H Ace Hardware

We are kicking off barbecue season with barbecue events as I paired with E&H Ace Hardware stores in Northeast Ohio and these events are sponsored by Traeger grills.

 

During all of these events I will be doing some type of dish from scratch from start to finish that you can replicate at home.

Memphis in May BBQ competition 2021

Memphis in May BBQ competition 2021

It is so good to be back in Memphis to compete with my team alongside of my other barbecue brothers and sisters competing.

This is the mother of all BBQ competitions and is seriously very important to many barbecuers.... all teams mostly got in yesterday and we were there very late setting up and getting everything ready for turn-ins start today

As a team or you can go in by yourself and just do the main category there are different ancillary turn-ins that the team members can participate.

 

There is the sauces, consisting of barbecue, mustard and vinaigrette Style. There is a turkey turn in, wings Seafood, beef, exotic and chicken

 

We have 2 turn ins starting today so today starts a very important day for all of us. Sauce, turkey and wing. Tomorrow is my turn in of seafood and the other categories for ancillary, then the boys will be staying up all night to baby those pork shoulders for our main turn in on Saturday.
