Ranch dressing is dyed! One ingredient in ranch is titanium dioxide which is used to make it look whiter.
It’s the same ingredient that is used in sunscreen and paint for coloring.
Sorry Ranch lovers!  I'll stick to my homemade dressing😂
Homemade ranch
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk 
3/4 - 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper
freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the mayo, sour cream and milk until smooth. Add the spices and whisk until combined. Add the lemon and whisk again. Pour into a jar and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This dressing will keep nicely in the refrigerator for up to a week

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY CONTINUES

I have had some people ask me if I will continue ContactlessDelivery since restaurants are starting to open up again....YES! 
This service will be ongoing especially with the medical tracers now being hired by the health department finding everyone that has been in contact with covid or even around anyone who has tested positive for covid. 
My service has NO human interaction since I have no employees either) and it will continue so you can all be at peace of mind.

Covid19 Safety

A message about COVID-19 (CDC) it is not spread through food through safe practices.
During this challenging time, please be assured that I am taking all possible precautions to ensure your safety. I continuously wash my hands and change my gloves, I wear a mask while I am cooking and I'm the only employee preparing. Clients are permitted to leave their own bag outside their door if they're home to ensure safety. 
I am calling this the porch delivery system using your own bags to ensure safety my deliveries will be with gloves and mask I will text you when your delivery is made so you can grab your food and enjoy as usual.
My main concern is your safety and for you to continually eat healthy. 
In the meantime, the below statement has been provided by the CDC:
Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food. Original due date was Friday but because the world is going through a traumatic time right now, my schedule is very very busy with home delivery and to ensure I get all the products I need, some things now need to be ordered online to overnight ship to me since the stores Distributors and markets are having a hard time keeping up with product.

Safety practices for Covid-19

Safe practices of always been a priority in my chef business.
Before The Covid-19 virus, constant hand-washing, sanitizing, and antibacterial practices on all of my equipment many times a day that I use for cooking have always been present.
 I am in stock of  gloves to wear them on a daily basis. 
My cutting boards are maple which are a natural anti bacterial wood, meaning that Maple naturally combats bacteria ( I thank Gunter Wilhelm for that) along with their lightning line of knives which are antibacterial handles. These products along with constant washing and sanitizing. 
All these practices with extra and precautions will always be taken on a daily basis to ensure safety not only to my family members but to my clients as well which is my main concern.

Saint Patrick's day a week and I have some wonderful specials for you! 

Soup of the week will be...

This will be chicken stock based so your stock will be simmered for over 24 hours to give you the richest , healthiest broth possible.possible. 

KALE, CHICKEN  AND CHICKPEA SOUP

brothy Chicken Kale and Chickpea Soup topped with toasty Rosemary Croutons, healing and comforting!

Soup is $15 per qt

✳Penne mac and cheese

Swiss, cheddar, goat & monterey jack cheeses folded into penne pasta with a touch of sun dried tomato tapanade.  Served with a toasted baguette, organic baby green salad.

✳Fresh Salmon

 grilled and served with sauteed green beans, tomatoes & onions in a sherry vinaigrette

✳Chili-Garlic Shrimp

Shrimp sautéed with chili flakes, garlic and soy sauce, served with crunchy french bread for dipping served with an organic baby salad

🍀Shepherd's Pie

Ground beef and vegetables in a rich sauce topped with colcannon ( colcannon is it traditional Irish mashed potato which is mixed with shredded cabbage or kale)

Tender corned beef with roasted cabbage, red skin potatoes and beer biscuit!

🍀Reuben on rye!

Tender corned beef, melted Swiss, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, marbled rye bread.. make a sandwich or eat it all separate the choice is yours! Served with kettle chips.

with baked potato and green beans.

Cold water lobster tail, peel and eat shrimp, mussels, baby potatoes, corn on the cob and white fish with a creole style broth. Served with cornbread

 

Each menu item is two servings ($40).. a minimum of two menu items must be ordered.( additional servings will be at $20 per serving) ( if you have purchased a gift certificate before this started you will continue to receive your three servings per order) there is a minimum of two menu items for delivery.

Deliveries are Monday Tuesday and Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. . Orders will not be left outside. Please make necessary arrangements.

Deliveries have a 20% delivery fee.

Payments accepted  through venmo, PayPal, cash app. This is a prepaid service. Orders and payments are due no later than Fridays.

Spaghetti frittata.... homemade pomodoro with chunks of fresh mozzarella layered in between fresh pasta. Think of it as a pasta pizza pie. Served with salad, bread and butter

 

Homestyle usda beef chuck pot roast served with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans.

 

Herb de Provence grilled pork chops served with smashed herb garlic roasted sweet potatoes, roasted asparagus

 

Grilled chicken parmesan, a lighter version of the classic breaded. Served with angel hair pasta with pomodoro sauce.

 Tapa's consists of multi courses but smaller plates you can get the most flavors out of every plate instead of everything being on one.

Each Tapas plate ingredient owns the dish. The main focus is the one main item.

I love exploring different nationalities so menu options are endless for each and every client that comes to me without having to be stuck with a set menu which brings us to this dinner I did on Saturday.

This dinner was completely a Greek Tapas theme

I wanted to be very traditional with the dishes while enhancing the dishes with a modern twist...

Now offering two servings per order, minimum of two menu items ordered ( each serving is $20 per serving , so now you can order as many serving as you would like of each menu item with a minimum of 2 choices ( 4 servings) you can tell me how many servings you want, but minimum order is two menu items per week. If you do not specify you will get the regular three servings per order.

All ingredients are hand chosen, all organic and antibiotic-free.

If you have special dietary needs and need to simplify, you can choose your own protein and sides. And you do not have to go off my regular menu.
