STEAKHOUSE MENU

The new Steakhouse menu will feature two different steaks featuring D'Artagnan 's  Wagyu, specialty poultry and game meats. 
I also will offer a few domestic Angus choices as well. I have put together this menu reflecting on the top US steakhouses in America. 
This menu will be available for delivery and in-home dining experience.
I partner with small farms and ranches that have the strictest standards; to never use added antibiotics or hormones, and sign affidavits to that effect. #Angus #Wagyu

No growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics
Raised on pasture.
So you can pick and choose instead of having a preset menu just like in the steakhouses. 
Appetizer, salads, Main ( enhancements if you like) sides and dessert.
This service is available for in-home private dining events or drop-off in which case all steaks will be grilled or pan-seared to a medium rare or rare finish so you can finish at home unless directed by the client of well done)  all directions on drop off will be provided for you to have the perfect meal at home.
Pick a choice from appetizers , salads then your main / enhancements, sides dishes and then pick your dessert. You must place your order one week in advance of your delivery date for your steaks are freshly ordered and shipped. Never frozen. There is a 25% delivery fee to the Steakhouse menu.

As your Personal Chef, I will present you and your guests with a variety of Tapas dishes from my Tapas Menu , paired with Exquisite Wines/ Craft Beers for each Tapas Course that makes these dishes dance on your palate. Pamper your guests as I explain the dishes and profiles of the pairings as they come out to make your event one that they will never forget.
