TAPAS COCKTAIL EVENT. AUG 26TH
EVENT IS FROM 4PM TO APPROX 9PM
Cooking Demonstration 5:00 to 5:45 , covered patio area w/fireplace all are welcome
6:30to 8:30 Tapas stations will begin. Outside Patio
There will be a separate area in the house for the kids in which I will provide the following for them: Fruit Kebobs with yogurt , Pasta Pomodoro, Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Garlic bread.
SURF &TURF TAPAS STATIONS AND WINE STATION
A) Sous vide wagyu sliced steak stack, foie gras, sliced truffle, house pickled onion, heirloom potato and fig basalmic reduction
B) Cold water Lobster with squid ink pasta, A2 Lobster Cream Sauce
A) Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Tartare , served in an edible spoon topped with aquaponic microgreens
B) Grilled Waygu skirt steak Latin Style over jasmine rice with fresh chimmichurri sauce
A) Mini Cones filled with white truffle mash yukon gold potato , grilled grassfed beef steak slices , port demi, arugala garnish
B) Watermelon Gazpacho topped with sweet and smoky whole prawn flown in from hawaii.
C) Classic Belvedere Vodka oyster shooters
