"Chef Lisa Pucci Delgado is not simply a talented cuisiniere, she is a phenomenon. I have delighted my epicurean sensitivities with her when she was in a full commercial kitchen and I have sampled her fare at her "pop up" locations and she has never failed to delight. Her pieces are imaginative, perfectly executed, and a pleasure for the palate. Chef Lisa's greatest talent is the ability to re-present in food and drink the culture of a people or an area. I would drive well out of my way to dine at a table set by this artist. Her tapas selections including a chutney incorporating the concord grape that was featured during the Geneva (OH) Grape Jamboree, her cubanos sandwiches at her Borinquen "pop up" restaurants - many done for charity - and have friends who had her in their home and rave about her.
