This was my seventh year of taking over The Culinary tent at one of the largest festivals of Wine & culinary in the United States. Vintage Ohio Wine & culinary Festival has been voted as number 2 by USA Today as one of the best wine festivals.
Each year I have local chefs including myself along with one or two others from out of state and we demonstrate a small demo sample out our demo heavy rain and wine pair with our demo for 8 shows in the matter of 2 days. This year we had big sponsors for giveaways for all of our audience.
Tuxton China, Mardona specialty Imports , B&B charcoal, E & H Ace Hardware , Big Green Egg Ohio, Litehouse Pools & Spas, duck fat spray and one of our chefs donated a basket of his artesian hot sauce.
This year's Chef lineup that are with me is Frank Iacobucci from Pranzo, Fred Stoltz who is one of Cleveland's artesian hot sauce creators he is also one of our respected Boys in blue in Cleveland Ohio they have both been with me for 5 years. Then I bring one or two chefs out of state for a different flavor profile. This year I brought in again Chef Mark Ivan Gomez from Texas! He definitely is our token Joker and the audience just loves him!
We base our demos off the Big Green Egg for the last 3 years!
