Because of a previous event that I had booked for Monday deliveries will be delayed by one day this week.


Fresh herb grilled chicken.... organic chicken breast lightly marinated and grilled with fresh herbs with a light garlic butter sauce. Served with steamed broccoli and your choice of cauliflower rice or seasoned rice.

Three cheese chicken penne pasta... homemade alfredo sauce with fresh cream in a combination of asiago parmesan and creamy Gouda cheese. You can substitute vegetable pasta or low carb pasta. Served with chopped salad

USDA prime rib Dipper sandwich... tender USDA sliced Prime served with pan juices for dipping... ciabatta roll served on the side. Served with crunchy fried onions, sauteed baby Bellas. Served with your choice of squash fries or roasted baby heirloom potatoes

Grilled chicken marsala.... serve with a rich mushroom marsala sauce, asparagus and whipped potatoes

Mexican steak milanesa....Sirloin steak sliced then marinated in a lemon lime and and garlic moho... then breaded and fried serve with salsa verde over a bed of fresh greens consisting of baby spinach , baby potatoes, fresh snap peas, poblano which comes with a cumin and adobo white balsamic vinaigrette.

Tuscan salmon..... a delicious dish a pan fried salmon with a light sauce of fresh basil, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and light cream. ( as always sauce is on the side) served with lightly steamed asparagus and red lentil pasta

Grilled half chicken.(serves 2)... slow cook on the Traeger.... served with bourbon brown sugar baked beans, fresh corn on the cob and my homemade slaw( vinaigrette based)

Smoked Thick cut pork chops! Not a strong Smoky flavor but slow cooked on the Traeger grill to give a nice Smokey essence! Lightly seasoned and served with asparagus and  roasted olive oil potatoes

Pan fried fresh trout steaks.... freshly cut and chopped into beautiful steaks sauteed with a touch of butter with a lemon dill sauce. Served with steamed broccoli and your choice of roasted spaghetti squash or acorn squash ( limited amount avail)

All vegetables and meats are all organic  ... local farmers and vendors are used as much as possible supporting small farms.  All dressing , stocks and sauces are made from scratch. If you are on a low-carb diet, or keto you may substitute things like cauliflower rice or vegetable noodles in place of starch.

You also get complimentary dessert with your order for I support small businesses and purchase desserts and give them away to everyone that orders dinners from me. 

Each menu item is two servings ($40).. a minimum of two menu items must be ordered.( additional servings will be at $20 per serving) 

Deliveries are Monday.,Tuesday ,Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 3 and 6p.m. . 

Also because of the Coronavirus, clients are encouraged to leave a bag outside their door only if they're home for me to put their food in for their safety and protection for all of us, I will text you when I'm on my way and I will text you after the food is put in your bag so you can retrieve. Again someone must be home for this, food will not be left outside. 

Deliveries have a 20% delivery fee.

Payments accepted  through venmo, PayPal, cash app. This is a prepaid service. OrdersAre due by Friday. 

Weeks can get very busy sometimes with my regular clients so the earlier you get your orders in the better chance of a earlier in the week delivery date...
