Grilled half chicken.(serves 2)... slow cook on the Traeger.... served with smoked mac and cheese, slaw( vinaigrette based) fresh green beans.



Smoked Thick cut pork chops! Not a strong Smoky flavor but slow cooked on the Traeger grill to give a nice Smokey essence! Lightly seasoned and served with asparagus and  roasted olive oil potatoes



Tomato cream basil pasta...Capellini tossed in a tomato cream basil sauce with seasoned pan fried chicken. Served with Texas toast and chopped Romaine salad.



Asian noodle bowl.... your choice of chicken or shrimp with Asian vegetables and Napa cabbage in a homemade soy /sake hoisin sauce. Served with soft boiled local egg.



Peach Bourbon glazed pork tenderloin... roasted pork tenderloin with a peach bourbon glaze, french green beans, mushroom couscous.
