LoMein ( choice of shrimp beef or chicken)

Lo mein noodles topped in a light soy Ginger sauce with fresh snow peas and carrots served with Crispy Chilli oil( yes... it is a fried chili oil which gives it a nice crisp and accent to your lo mein)



Simply grilled salmon

Lightly seasoned and grilled wild salmon serve with sauteed spinach and seasoned rice. Served with a side of Cisco Kid Tennesee white barbecue sauce.



Grilled chicken or beef shawarma kabobs with yogurt sauce served with fragrant basmati rice and cucumber tomato and parsley salad

Low and slow barbecued beef brisket served with smoked macaroni and cheese, homemade sweet and hot bread and butter pickles, sauteed greens with garlic

Classic Steak Diane...roasted potatoes and classic wedge salad with blue cheese dressing ( you can substitute a different dressing)

Steak Diane is a old classic of pan seared steak served with its pan juices reduced with cognac, Worcester sauce and Fresh Cream that compliments the steak


Grilled pork tenderloin chunks with apple balsamic glaze compliment. Served with roasted broccoli and whipped sweet potatoes


All vegetables and meats are all organic  ... local farmers and vendors are used as much as possible supporting small farms.  All dressing , stocks and sauces are made from scratch. If you are on a low-carb diet, or keto you may substitute things like cauliflower rice or vegetable noodles in place of starch.
You also get complimentary dessert with your order for I support small businesses and purchase desserts and give them away to everyone that orders dinners from me. 
Each menu item is two servings ($40).. a minimum of two menu items must be ordered.( additional servings will be at $20 per serving) 
Deliveries are Monday.,Tuesday ,Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 3 and 6p.m. . 
Also because of the Coronavirus, clients are encouraged to leave a bag outside their door only if they're home for me to put their food in for their safety and protection for all of us, I will text you when I'm on my way and I will text you after the food is put in your bag so you can retrieve. Again someone must be home for this, food will not be left outside. 
Deliveries have a 20% delivery fee.
Payments accepted  through venmo, PayPal, cash app. This is a prepaid service. Orders and payments are due no later than Friday.
