Before The Covid-19 virus, constant hand-washing, sanitizing, and antibacterial practices on all of my equipment many times a day that I use for cooking have always been present.
I am in stock of gloves to wear them on a daily basis.
My cutting boards are maple which are a natural anti bacterial wood, meaning that Maple naturally combats bacteria ( I thank Gunter Wilhelm for that) along with their lightning line of knives which are antibacterial handles. These products along with constant washing and sanitizing.
All these practices with extra and precautions will always be taken on a daily basis to ensure safety not only to my family members but to my clients as well which is my main concern.
