INTRODUCINGThe Benefits of Collagen-Rich, 100% Grass Fed Bone Broth & Soups...

I did a lot of research on bone broth, organic bone broth and grass-fed bone broth. I have found a lot of misleading Packaging that was very disappointing. Some were not certified organic but use the word organic because the cows are raised outside...WHAT??????

Others were cleaning bone broth but using mostly skin of the animal and just a little bit of the bone but calling it bone broth and you do not get the health benefits from the skin.

The next thing I found out is that some online organic certified grass-fed beef broth with selling for over $1.15/ ounce!

(just BROTH)

I am providing bone broth soup full of organic meats and vegetables, Rices or noodles depending on what the soup of the week is for just $0.75 per ounce. Each order I provide a little over 80 oz of soup

My Bones..

Well I was buying organic beef bones but I'm now purchasing Piedmontese Organic Grass Fed beef bones from a local Farm in Farmdale Ohio... USDA Certified Organic Certificate #4036DG110-01 .....

Yes I am providing you with the certificate as well. ( all of the online bone broth said they were certified organic but none provided a certificate)

The Piedmontese breed is considered the "heart healthy" beef. This breed originates from Italy, and there are genetically superior genes that make this a better type of cattle.

How do I make my bone broth is simple I roast my bones in the oven with organic carrots, celery, parsley, garlic, and onion then I deglaze with a little red wine, then I simmer until the bones almost fall apart... a minimum of 24 hours

So let's get into the benefits...

The Benefits of Collagen-Rich, 100% Grass Fed Bone Broth

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body making up 30% of our total protein content. It is often called the "glue" that holds our bodies together and is the major component found in connective tissue.

Collagen maintains the structure and integrity of your skin, muscle tissue, bones and tendons.

Not only does collagen provide structure for our bodies, it actually improves the way our bodies work, both on the inside and the outside. Consuming collagen protein can have profound benefits:

Boosts metabolism

Supports gut health digestion

Supports lowering the risk of heart disease

Helps arthritis and supports joints

Reduces cellulite

Grows healthier hair and nails

And the list goes on...

Collagen also contains an amino acid called glycine which our bodies cannot produce enough of but is vitally important

No Pesticides!

Bones are sourced from cows that graze freely on open grass pastures that are free from pesticides and herbicides.

If you are interested in just bone broth to keep in your freezer I can provide that as well. Soups can be Frozen as well in your freezer!

Keep an eye out each Wednesday as I post my menu and soup of the week and remember your orders are always due by Fridays.

thank you!
